For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in the science of the human body, and how it relates to fitness and nutrition. Growing up as the eldest son to a successful doctor and a nurse, I was fortunate to have firsthand knowledge to my curiosity, on how the human body functioned.
I was always involved in sports. In fact, I was captain for the football, track, and swim teams in high school. My friends would come to my house daily to lift, and eventually I began training them. After seeing results, word got around. Many of my aquanintances then began coming to my house , and would wait in my basement to train. It never felt like work, so I never thought that this would've been my career path.
I went on to play D1-AA Football for Fairfield University. As a sophomore, I was one of the starting running backs for the team. I was fortunate to work with some top notch strength and conditioning trainers. This is where I began to develop my technique of advanced strength and conditioning knowledge, that I still use today. Graduating with a BS in Biology, with a focus in Pre-Med, I truly grasped how the human body and fitness correlated.
After graduation, I continued on with my personal fitness and worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, on top of Personal Training. I was in my early 20’s and on top of the world! Unfortunately, my excelled knowledge got me in some trouble with the law. I found out fast and hard who my true friends were. Everyone has that moment in their life that changes their whole attitude. This was my rock bottom moment, where I decided right then and there that I am better than this, I will learn from this experience, and I will change my path.
I sat back recently and said WOW! Without even realizing it, I have accomplished all the goals I set out for myself in less than a decade. I am in a great place in my personal life, and running a successful Personal Training Company (that I never had to pay for marketing). My client’s success and word of mouth of my nutrition and training techniques, have expanded my Personal Training Company into now owning multiple companies. I own my own training company, a gym, and Fit Food Meals (a meal prepping company that ships nationally). I am also in the early stages of my own Supplement Company.
Today my clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people. In the last few years, I have been featured on the Doctor Oz Show, Good Morning America, The Daily Shot, People Magazine and many more!
My next decade of goals, are to be a part of anything in the fitness industry. There is a revolutionary change in the industry, and I strive to keep educating myself in staying ahead of the game. There has been an abundance of negative connotations towards nutrition, supplements, and fitness in the past. I want to be that person that puts a positive connotation in this industry. There is a healthy and accurate way to achieve your goals, and I want to share it with the world!
